This incredible family-friendly event happens at Meadows March 5 and is put on by the ALS Association of Oregon and SW Washington Chapter, with proceeds going to support comprehensive local care services, national public policy, and international cutting-edge ALS research. The event fee of $75 ($20 for passholders and kids ages 6 and under) includes the Fred Noble Challenge race, Meadows lift ticket (if needed), food and beverages, entertainment, an awards ceremony, and more! This calendar contains events of interest to skiers and snowboarders, some put on by NWSCC ski clubs, and some by other organizations or ski areas. Look in the Fall months for great ski swaps which benefit local high schools; or plan to attend one of the annual ski shows, another place to buy discounted equipment.
