WHERE: Element Bend Hotel, Mt. Bachelor & local nearby sno-parks. Note: This is NOT a blackout weekend at Mt. Bachelor so restricted passes are OK.

COST: Per person double occupancy for Altair & NWSCC Members: $212 (payable by Visa at www.AltairSports.org). Non-Members PPDO: $235 (payable by Visa at www.AltairSports.org). Per person single occupancy for Altair & NWSCC Members: $384. Per person single occupancy for Non-Members: $407

Pizza party guests not signed up for the event - $16 payable by check the night of the party (please RSVP prior to the event).

INCLUDED: 2 nights’ lodging at Element Bend Hotel. (choice of king or queen room) Expanded continental breakfast Saturday & Sunday mornings. Pizza party in the hotel lobby on Saturday night at 7pm.

NOT INCLUDED: Transportation, lift or sno-park access (parking) fees, other meals not included above, incidentals, and alcoholic beverages, TBD no-host dinner Friday night at a nearby restaurant.

BRING: Skis, snow shoes, appropriate clothing (this is a winter event!), bathing suit, sno-park parking permit (not required at Mt. Bachelor but needed at many other winter playgrounds).

ESTIMATES: This event is planned for 15 people, but may be expandable depending on room availability.

SIGNUPS: Available online at www.AltairSports.org by clicking on the calendar day for the event (Feb 7-9, 2025). Additional information will be offered at the General Meetings in November, December and January. The last day to sign up for the trip is Jan 8, 2025.

CANCELLATION: Last day to cancel will be Jan 9, 2025.
