The Tri-Cities (Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick) in the southeastern Washington State desert, is home to the 125 member Desert Ski and Snowboard Club. The club is for anyone over 21 who skis or snowboards, at any level from beginner to extreme. Tri-Cities is centrally located to more than a dozen ski areas in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana and Canada. Most of these are easily accessible by auto or bus. Each year, we schedule ten to twelve trips, mostly weekends with several somewhat longer trips to more distant areas including Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and California. We usually hold meetings the first Thursday of every month at the Springhill Suites in Kennewick, WA.  Ski season meetings start at 6:30 pm and summer season meetings are more informal.
