CLUB FACTS
Schnee Vogeli, founded in 1942, is open to males age 21 or
over, by invitation only. The club is known in the Portland ski
community for its award winning race teams, as well as for the
activities it has sponsored through the years, such as the Pray
For Snow Dance in November.
EVENTS
The club sponsors an annual scholarship through the NWSCC
Scholarship program, and supports junior racing on Mt. Hood.
Schnee Vogeli members actively participate in numerous club
events held throughout the year, including a strong racing
program with five club races, a corned beef and cabbage dinner
for St. Patrick’s Day, an annual trip to Mt. Bachelor in April,
and summer activities, including rafting followed by a picnic,
and a golf tournament.
